When you sign up for VIP AutoShip, your supplements will automatically be shipped to you every month on a date of your choosing — no more running out of your favorite supplements, no spending time to reorder online or by phone, and no waiting to get those multi-bottle discount prices.

Newest Formulations — We regularly improve our innovative supplement formulas. So if we reformulate a product that you have chosen to receive via VIP AutoShip, you’ll automatically receive our latest formula. If you’d prefer not to receive the newest version of a supplement, just call us or remove the item from your VIP AutoShip Profile.


Q) How flexible is the VIP AutoShip program?

A) With VIP AutoShip, you can customize your deliveries to fit your needs using our intuitive VIP AutoShip Profile Manager. Add or delete products from your VIP AutoShip Profile, change your delivery address, payment information, and more.

All of your VIP AutoShip deliveries must ship out on the same date of the month, and you can easily specify the date most convenient for you through the VIP AutoShip Profile Manager.


Q) What if I change my mind about a product?

A) That’s easy. You can add or delete any item online by accessing your VIP AutoShip Profile Manager, or email us at [email protected] or simply calling us at 613-878-3745.


Q) Can I temporarily stop shipments if I plan to be out of town?

A)  Suspending shipments is easy — you can call us at 613-878-3745 or email us at [email protected] to suspend your deliveries, or log in and use the VIP AutoShip Profile Manager to deactivate the products in your VIP AutoShip order. When you’re ready for your VIP AutoShip deliveries to resume, simply reactivate the products in your order. Or, if you know when you’ll be returning, simply push out your next scheduled ship-out date to coincide with your schedule.


Q) Can I set up re-occurring VIP AutoShip deliveries for myself and others, at different shipping addresses across the country?

A)  With VIP AutoShip, you can have multiple ship-to addresses registered in your VIP AutoShip Profile Manager. Adding, deleting, and selecting ship-to addresses is easy — and as long as they’re within the United States and Canada.


Q) If my VIP AutoShip order includes an item that’s on sale, will I get the sale price?

A) One of the benefits of VIP AutoShip is that you automatically receive the lowest available price that you are eligible to receive on the items which you have selected within the VIP AutoShip Profile Manager. For example, if one of the items you have selected for AutoShip during a particular month happens to be on sale, you’ll receive the sale price.

With VIP AutoShip, you ALWAYS pay the lowest possible price for your Bioparanta supplements.


Q) How do I pay for my future VIP AutoShip orders?

A)We will keep your credit card(s) on file and charge it each time your VIP AutoShip order is processed. You can change your payment information anytime by logging in to our VIP AutoShip Profile Manager. If any issues arise and we cannot charge your credit card, we’ll do our best to contact you regarding payment for your order.


Q) Will I still receive an order notification and a shipment notification via email?

A) So be sure to provide us with an email address when you’re setting up your VIP AutoShip. But even if you don’t have an email address, don’t worry — your order will still process and ship on your specified monthly ship-out date.


Q) Are wholesalers eligible to use the VIP AutoShip service?

A) Wholesalers may use the VIP AutoShip service as well.
