When sending back your order, please send a copy of the invoice / or your name, address, phone and email so we can identify you and your order for prompt refunds.

The shipping fee is not refundable and the return shipping cost for any returns is at your expense.
If unopened products (that are still in sellable condition) are returned beyond the 30 day return period but not more than 30 days after purchase, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
